Payment Method
You can pay by major Credit Card during the checkout. Our system is linked with Pay dollar server which provides easy and secure service during the transaction. You can also contact us if you can't successfully checkout by using credit card. We accept Visa or Master Card only for the Order amount less than HK$10000.

We will only accept Fund Transfer if the order amount exceeds HK$10000. Our staff will contact you shortly for follow up matter. When fund transfer has been done, please send us a copy of slip for our reference via fax(Fax: 27397576)/email(ebuy@ypt.com.hk).

If that order does not complete the payment within 2 weeks time, the corresponding order will be cancelled automatically and the user will receive a notification for the failure of payment.

For Local order only
IIf the order contains items from “Utensil & Accessories” only , delivery fee of HK$50 will be charged for the net purchase amount less than HK$600. This amount will be waived for the order exceeds HK$600. If stock is available, goods will be delivered to the appointed address at 2~5 working days after confirmation of the payment.

For bulb purchase or out-of-stock order, you may email us a item list that you are interested in and quantity(ebuy@ypt.com.hk) and add these items into “Wishlist” for our reference.

If the order includes any items from “Equipment”, corresponding delivery fee will be automatically included in the goods. The lead time depends on the ordering quantity, production period and transportation schedule respectively.

Note: You can’t appoint the exact delivery time. However, we will try to arrange the delivery time in advance according to your willingness, our delivery schedule and availability. We apologize in advance in case of any inconvenience. If the delivery agreement can’t be made, you may choose to pick up the goods in person or by forwarder with the confirmed records in our office during office hour. We will refund the delivery charge if any. Please provide us the forwarder information in advance for our reference.
